There was an old house on the abandoned dirt road. It appeared to be an old farm house but you could only guess looking at it from the road. The front porch had those large wide steps like back in the old days. It had upper and lower wrap around porches to get plenty of breeze in the summer time. In the south the summer could be brutal with it so humid. The 2 big doors on the front of the house were Hugh. They appeared to have been dark red at one time. Inside by the fireplace there were two 5×8 area rugs that were on the floor. There was no furniture or drapes in the entire home except the two rugs. Buy they were also covered with cobwebs like the rest of the large home. The ceilings were at least twelve feet high with rafters showing. The old home was still very beautiful.

I have been bumming around for quite some time now. My cousin told me that since all I do is stay at home why don’t I just try a home-based work. since then I worked as a part time article writer and as of today I think i’m doing great plus before this job I had unemployment benefits calculator. Marathon Training
Getting ready to run a marathon can be fun and challenging at the same time. If you have never ran a marathon before it is best to start out with one of the shorter ones. First you need to make sure you are ready for long distance running. If you not able to go outside the Sole F63 treadmill is fine. Start out walking at least for 30 minutes or longer for a week. The Second week walk for 30 minutes then run for 1 minute the walk for 5 minutes to cool down. The third week walk 15 minutes run 2 min and repeat. The third week walk 10 minutes run 3 minutes walk 10 minutes and run 3 minutes. The forth week walk 10 minutes run 5 minutes walk 10 minutes and run 5 minutes.
The forth week walk 5 minutes run 10 minutes walk 5 minutes and run 10 minutes. Continue this format changing each week based on how much you are able to run or walk and you will be ready for a marathon in no time.

A Secret Getaway
We decided to head off to London for a quite getaway for a few days and decided to stay at Durrants Hotel. It is a great independent hotel in a great location just down from Thayer Street Restaurants (which is great if you don’t have a car its in walking distance) It is also close to Hyde Park and only 10 minutes from Bond Street underground so you can get to the attractions with ease! We were far enough away from the city to be able to relax and just enjoy our vacation but also close enough to get to places we wanted to go and to shop or eat out. We had such a good time and would have loved to stay longer because there is so much fun things to do in London that you run out of time to do them! We are going back next year and recommend it to all our friends to join us!
